How it began:
I’m Alicia (pronounced Aleethea), founder of Smart Raspberry. Growing up on the beautiful island of Mallorca, I fell in love with cooking through my dad’s Mediterranean recipes. Later, as a mum, I discovered the joy of cooking with my own children sharing not just meals, but confidence, creativity, and quality time.
Seeing that not all families had the same opportunities inspired me to create Smart Raspberry: a practical, fun way for children to learn essential cooking skills and a career path that allowed me to work around my family while pursuing something I loved.
