Come join us for a fun-filled week of cookery this Summer. The course will equip budding foodies with the essentials required for a life of culinary expertise. Over the week long courses we will explore recipes from around the world. Children will learn a variety of different skills such as bread making, patisserie and making family meals.
Here is an idea of the types of recipes we will be making:
Italian Day – Herbie Pasta Bows, Italian breadsticks, Aubergine Parmigiana and Pannacotta
Spanish Day– Beef Empanadas, Veggie Paella, Arroz con Leche and Apricot Cake
Moroccan/ Turkish Day – Falafels, Spinach, Feta and Pinenut Parcels, Spiced Orange Cake and Turkish Delights
French Day – French Onion Soup, Baguette, Coq au Vin and French Apple Tart
Mexican Day – Chicken Fajitas, Pitta chips with salsa and guacamole, Burrito Bowl and Mexican Hot Chocolate Mousse
31st July – 4th August (5 day course Monday-Friday)
14th – 18th August (5 day course Monday-Friday)
£225 per child
The courses are suitable for children aged 10-14 years. All recipes, ingredients, cooking equipment and packaging are included.
Sibling discounts are available on request.
Please bring a packed lunch and drink.
For early starters or for late pickup we can accommodate an extra hour at the start or end of the course, by prior arrangement, for an extra charge.
